The Wonderful World of Third Grade
Spring Break Edition

3-31 through 4-8

Have a wonderful and blessed Easter!

A few ideas for Spring Break:

Keep them reading:  I will accept reading journals filled out for the week for extra credit.

Keep them thinking:  I will also accept IXL minutes, up to 60, for extra credit for Math.

Keep the Faith:  I will also accept religion extra credit from Free Rice.  Students can do the multiplication, or vocabulary as a mission project.  Just print our and sign how many grains of rice they earn!

Remember that students will need a white t-shirt and a donation (if possible) of fabric paint for our Earth Day shirts – I am hoping to have all that we need by Monday the 12th!

An Irish Blessing

May there always be work for your hands to do…
May your purse always hold a coin or two…
May the sun always shine on your windowpane…
May a rainbow be certain to follow each rain…
May the hand of a friend always be near to you…
May God fill your heart with gladness to cheer you and until we meet again,
May God hold you in the palm of his hand.
